CUSTOMS STORE RENT ON GOODS IN TRANSIT.
AU goods, not put in bond, which have been landed and deposited in the Customs store at >
any pore in Cyprus and declared at the time of landing to be destined for any foreign port or
for other pores iu Cyprus and which are eventually removed to such port or ports, shall for any
period not exceeding one calendar monch be liable to the Bonded "Warehouse Rent charges,
and after the expiraeion of thac period che ordinary store rents shall be charged for such goods.

Provided that no charge be made for the first three days, exclusive of Sundays and Official
Holidays, from the time of deposit; and chat goods re-exporced, or removed to another port in the
Island, from the Customs stores and yards, and shown to the satisfaction of che Chief Collector
of Cuscoms to have been lauded in error be exempced from rent for two calendar months (b).
Goods deposited on the quay, at port of Famagusta, for shipment may there remain six days
before becoming liable to the paymenc of Customs store reut.
