The following rates of postage are collected upon correspondence seut from Cyprus to
Foreign Countries, and upou correspondence exchanged withiu the Island:—

3 N o packet of newspapers, commercial papers or printed papers must exceed 5 lbs. in
weight, and the weight of a packet of patterns is limited to 12 oz. The size of a packet of
patterns is limited to 12 inches in length, 8 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth.
