by either of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished on the same terms
and on payment of the same fees as are payable iu respect of the furnishing of copies of the file of
proce»?diugs iu a civil action, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner as fees

In cases of seizure under this Ordinance, the charges are :
