If tbe Auctioneer be a person other than the Mukhtar of the village or quarter in
which the auction is held and if the auction is appointed to be held in a place at a
greater discance than 5 English miles from the usual place of residence of such
Auctioneer, he is authorized to receive doubie the above rates, but in no case more
than half the amount bid.
