If the Auctioneer be a person other than the Mukhtar of the
village or quarter m whicu the auction is held, aud if the auction
is aM.nnite.1 to be held iu a place at a sreaier distance than 5
English miles from his usual place of residence he is authorized to
charge double the aboverates,but in no case m a r he receive more
than half the amount bid.
