is a single-storied structure
of wood surrounded by a
verandah, with detached
Kitchen, L a m p R o o m anil
Fuel Stores of masonry.
It occupies three sides of a
square in the centre of
which 13 a concrete lawn-
tenuis court.
There is a separate small
stone building containing
two rooms occupied by the
Private Secretary and
Aide-de-Camp.
There is a range of buildings
near the stables contain–
ing 5 quarters snitalde for
grooms and servauts.
There is stabling for 20
horses, coach-Louse and
harness-room. Water is
procured from wells and
couveyed to the house by
water-carriers w h o are
paid by the Government.
A labourer is also paid by
the Government to attend
on the earth closets aud
remove rubbish
T h e wraudah at the back
of the north wiug has been
replaced by a corridor 120
ft. long and 16 feet wide.
The walls of the main
building form both ends
ami one side of the corridor
and the other side is huilt
of masoury. with window
openings at intervals.
The roof of the corridor is
flat, and is paved with
stone slabs.
