Jf tha Auctioneer be a person other than the Mukhtar of the
yillage or quarter kx which the auction is held, and if the auction
is appointed to be held in a place at a greater distance than 5
English miles from his usual place of residence he is authorized to
charge double the above rates, bnt in no case m a y he receive more
than half the amount bid.
