vated a n d uncropped, the holder shall, o n the Slst of M a r c h , be liable to p a y a Fallow
T a x of Is. per d o n u m for all such land left uncultivated a n d uncropped as*shall exceed
the proportion of two-thirds to the w h o l e of the holding capable of cultivation.
