(1) A n y intHiding purchaser or mortgagee ; (2) if the registered owner be
dead, any one of his heirs, and if the registered owner br alive, anyone who, in
the event of his death, would become his heir ; (3) any creditor who may have
obtained a judgment against the owner of any property; (4) any person to

direct such information to be given: may obtain information concerning property

in which the auction is held and if the unction is appointed to
