(a).
In matters regulated by " T h e Rules of Court, 1SS6," in
matters arising under the authority of clause 70 of '' Tho High
Court of Justice Ordinance, IS79," and in proceedings in bank–
ruptcy under the provisions of the Ottoman Commercial Code, the
following te?s are appointed to be taken, in th.' Supreme Court,
in the sereral District Courts, iu any office which is connected
with any of those Courts and by any officer attached to any of
those Courts, iu respect of the several proceedings mentioned:—
On sealincr a writ of summons in anv action :—
Where the amount claimed is £-20 or uuder ...
When? the amount claimed is over £ 2 0 ; where no liqui–
dated sum is claimed ; or where th; recovery of money
is not the object of the action
O n sealing a summons to any person to attend as witness
or otherwise ...

been entered and struck out for default of appearance and
