LAND (FALLOW) TAX.
If m o r e than two thirds of any holding, capable of cultivation, h a s for m o r e than
one year immediately preceding the 31st day of M a r c h in a n y year b e e n left unculti–
vated a n d uncropped, the holder shall, on the 31 si of Jlarch, be liable to p a y a Fallow
T a x of ls. per d o n u m for all such land left uncultivated a n d uncropped as shall exceed
the proportion of two-thirds to the whole of the holding capable of cultivation.
