In'respect of tithes on "Wheal. Barley. Vetches and Oata (payable during
tbe months of October and November), if not paid before tbe lst December, 5
per cent, on tbe amount then due. If not paid before tbe 1st January following,
a further 5 per cent, on the amonnt of tithes unpaid.
